Joseph J. Gentile, Esquire

The Law Office of Joseph J. Gentile focuses its representation on small/medium business and recording/visual artists. Lead by Joseph "John" Gentile, a litigator and Intellectual Property specialist with over a decade of experience, the Office makes it a point to be approachable and transparent for its clients. We want clients to feel free to ask any question and make it a point to give direct, clear answers.

John has a depth of knowledge in experience in representing recording artists. Not only has he served the artist community for over a decade, but he has has been published in Rolling Stone, MTV, Vice, the AV Club, San Jose Mercury News, Record Collector, and many other music-based publications.  Similarly, for 15 years,  John has worked for and helped small business in many areas including issues trademark, copyright, entity formation, contract review, debt collection, and litigation. 

John is admitted to the state bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and California. He is also admitted to the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of new Jersey, and the Northern District of California. 

John grew up in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania and graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he earned the High Technology Law Certificate. John has worked for YAHOO! and Synopsys in their intellectual property department and has represented hundreds of businesses and artists. He enjoys record collecting, going to concerts, and writing about music.
